A few months ago I was posting like crazy my internal debate on which cell phone to upgrade to. Since then I’ve pretty much settles on the iPhone 3Gs. For details… click on through.

The reasons, pretty much the plan and the App Store. My main draw back for the iPhone was always the pricing. I looked into it further and pulled a shit ton of data on to get into the details of my phone usage. Anyway… turns out I can tweak things and make the iPhone more cost-competitive plus staying with AT&T means I can get it now. Also… I’m pretty optimistic that the FCC is going to pimp slap the major cell providers which is only good for consumers (especially those that text).

The Pre still looks like the stronger phone but since I can get the iPhone anytime I want… it’s likely going to win this race.
