At a recent TechFest (yes… they really named it that) Microsoft released a video showing what they feel the future of computing will look like.  They also state that all of the ideas presented in the video are projects that are actively being worked on but given the economy and the need to make money NOW… you have to wonder what the priority is of something like this.

Either way it’s interesting and seems to coincide with everything else that you often see (digital wallets, real-time translators, etc) but with a very Microsoft Surface feel to it.

I threw together this quick video from the last few days in Wisconsin.  Oh the hi-jinx we get into.  More to come as I sift through the rest of the video content.

Last nite I ordered a new camera… a vid camera from Flip.  I’ve been considering a camcorder for awhile but wanted to get something HD that wasn’t ~$1000.
